By using get.greeknova.com or app.greeknova.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What GreekNova is
GreekNova is a software tool that reads publicly available NSE F&O data, such as open interest, price, volume and options data, and presents it as analytics, pattern labels and scanners. Labels are produced by fixed, rule-based logic that is applied the same way to every user.
GreekNova is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on the Service is investment advice, a recommendation, a research report, or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security or derivative. Content is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not execute trades and do not manage anyone's money.
Market risk
Trading in futures and options carries a high risk of loss, and most individual traders lose money. Past patterns and any historical examples shown do not indicate future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser before acting on any information.
Data and accuracy
Data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Gamma exposure, walls, implied volatility and similar figures are model estimates that depend on assumptions. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability or timeliness, and the Service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Your account
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One subscription is for one person. Do not share, resell or publicly redistribute the Service, its data or its outputs.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service, or use it unlawfully.
Zerodha Kite Connect requirement
To use the Service you must connect your own Zerodha Kite Connect account. Kite Connect is a separate product provided by Zerodha and is paid for directly to Zerodha (currently ₹500 per month, subject to Zerodha's own pricing and terms). GreekNova does not receive any part of that fee, is not affiliated with Zerodha, and cannot control changes to Zerodha's plans, pricing or availability. You are responsible for keeping your Kite Connect subscription active.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, prices and billing periods are shown on the pricing section of our site. Prices may change for future periods; a founding rate is locked for the period stated at the time you buy. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code, scoring logic and content belong to GreekNova. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your access is active.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreekNova is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Suspension
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the Service and other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
