Privacy Policy
GreekNova ("we", "us") provides NSE F&O positioning analytics through get.greeknova.com and app.greeknova.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: email address (waitlist, sign-in, support), and phone number if you share it.
- Account and usage data: sign-in records, the pages and tools you use, and your saved settings (such as alert preferences and watchlists).
- Device and notification data: if you turn on browser notifications, a push-subscription token from your browser so we can deliver alerts.
- Payment records: whether a payment succeeded, its amount and reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Broker connection data: if a broker-linked feature is offered in future, only what that feature needs, described at the time you connect.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account and deliver the service you signed up for.
- To send service messages, and marketing messages you have opted into. You can opt out at any time.
- To process payments, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.
- To understand which tools are used so we can improve them, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers who process data on our behalf, including hosting and database providers (for example Vercel, Railway and Supabase), a payment provider (for example Razorpay), and email or messaging providers. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting providers, which may operate servers outside India. We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is completely secure.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes afterwards. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage for things like your light/dark theme and sign-in session. We do not use it to sell advertising.
Children
GreekNova is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or on the site.
